Services & Fees
Our Fee Agreements give consideration to the difficulty and size of the assignment, the degree of skill required, the experience and ability of the personnel assigned, time limitations imposed on us by others, the nature of the project, the level of cooperation by the client and their staff, and the value of the services to the client. Fees will vary depending on the specifics/scope of your particular situation.
Pricing is subject to change, adjusted to meet individual client’s unique needs and discounted when multiple services used. Fees are determined and agreed upon once ALL information is received and prior to beginning any work. Tax preparation fees do not include audit support.
Tax Return Preparation: a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the fee estimate is due when we begin preparation of your tax return(s). The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the tax return(s) and prior to filing.
MINIMUM FEE FOR ANY SERVICE IS $300
Consultation: $200 per hour
IRS Representation & Audit Support: $200 per hour
Federal or State Correspondence: $200 per hour
This fee does not apply to current clients for tax years we were engaged for
Personal Federal & State Income Tax Preparation Minimum fee is $350
1040 return and related statements, including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)
This fee assumes that all your records are current. Fee estimate will be provided after a documentation review. A documentation review fee of $100 will be credited to the tax preparation fee.
Personal Federal & State Income Tax Preparation with Schedule C or E (Business or Rental) Minimum fee is $495
1040 return and related statements, including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)
Business Federal Income Tax Preparation minimum fee is $800
1120S, 1120, 1065 and all related forms; including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)
This fee assumes that you will provide up-to-date profit & loss statement, balance sheet, general ledger and other documents as requested. Fee estimate will be provided after a documentation review. A documentation review fee of $100 will be credited to the tax preparation fee.
Personal Federal & State AMENDED Income Tax Preparation Minimum fee is $450
Amended 1040 return and related statements; including cost of mailing (does not include audit support)
Annual Federal 1099 Filing Preparation: $250
Filings for Up to 5 Contractors – ($10 each additional contractor) (does not include audit support)
Note: these fees do not include bookkeeping services. There are additional charges for preparing the financial statements.
New Business Set Up for LLC only

Tax Identification Number: $100
S-Corporation Election: $100
Certified Acceptance Agent Services
ITIN application process through Certifying Acceptance Agent will cost a total of $275.00 (Includes COA, W7, documents review and mailing)
Annual Review and Reconciliation
Small businesses starting at $850 – average per tax year is $1450 – $10,700
PAYMENTS AND RETAINERS
**IRS and State – related Services: a non-refundable deposit of $450 – $5,000 is due when we are engaged. It covers initial services such as information-gathering and analysis, research, conference calls, documentation review, strategy formulation and providing guidance; prior to meeting with the IRS, state or local jurisdictions.. If additional follow-up, meetings, etc., are needed to close the matter beyond the first meeting with the IRS, state or local jurisdictions, an additional fee(s) will apply, which will be discussed at the initial consultation.
